So do all thermostat freaks partner with energy bill freaks? This must be part of god’s plan for matchmaking. They better put “saved a cumulative $112 on energy bills” in my obituary because I take immense pride in suffering in the heat for that lower AC bill baybeeee

I guess I'm hoping someone someday will see my freakishly low energy usage and, I don't know, clap?

do you ever think about the thyroid’s link to Using Your Voice and Speaking Your Truth? i believe a lot of the health issues i was experiencing were linked (at least to a degree) to me not feeling comfortable to express myself

Brilliant connection! I'm very into Reiki (I'm actually certified Reiki I), and of course when my thyroid started acting up I couldn't help but consider the connection to the throat chakra. I'm aware I have some personal power/solar plexus blockages, but I've always been the "tell it like it us," loud-mouthed, highly opinionated friend, so I am truly stumped about what this throat/thyrpid thing could indicate energetically. I need to do some more soul searching on what I'm maybe not expressing and need to be...

that totally resonates with me. i think people see me as very blunt and unafraid to be myself but when my thyroid started acting up and i dove back into the past i realized i had a strong fear of being seen that i needed to address!
